One of the nurses at the hospital is the daughter of a good friend. Any time I have the chance to go to that part of town, I give her a call and see if she is scheduled for a lunch break any time soon and I offer to take her to lunch. She is a sweet young lady and I like having some company when I’m in a fancy downtown restaurant. Of course, she is married and a young thing. I’m sure she thinks of me like an uncle or maybe even a grandpa.
Yesterday I happened to be downtown and took her to lunch at j. Alexanders. She was telling me about all her recent troubles with the local cable company and wanted advice on staying with them or switching to direct tv. The answer was obvious to me – why reward the cable company for poor service? Give another provider a chance and you might be happier with their service and aving some money at the same time.
It was easy to pull up the web site for dx3 direct tv right there at our lunch table on my Android. They are running some special sales and package deals, so when she got home later that day I bet she gave them a call.
Her husband had already suggested switching from cable, so if she shows him www.dx3.net on their home PC he can help her decide which deal to take. I am pretty sure he is going to want a sports package – I think that is probably their most popular feature.
